IRAS – Infecciones Relacionadas con la Asistencia Sanitaria y Resistencias frente a Antimicrobianos
- Investigación en la epidemiología de las Infecciones Relacionadas con la Asistencia Sanitaria (IRAS). Valorar la calidad asistencial en cirugías frecuentemente realizadas en España usando como indicador la incidencia de IRAS.
- Variación geográfica de la carga de enfermedad por IRAS en hospitales.
- Estimación del impacto de la organización hospitalaria en la incidencia de IRAS.
- Investigación en la epidemiología de las Resistencias a Antimicrobianos (RAM).
- Valoración de la idoneidad de los tratamientos antimicrobianos en pacientes mayores con patologías crónicas de base.
- Estimación de costes asociados al manejo de las infecciones de microrganismos resistentes.
- Generación de modelos de predicción de riesgo de infección y de riesgo de infección por microorganismo resistentes.
- El “convenio entre el Instituto de Salud Carlos III O.A., M.P. y Clínica Barceloneta S.A. para el desarrollo de actividades relacionadas con el estudio del impacto de los antimicrobianos en la incidencia de resistencias en pacientes mayores atendidos en hospitales de atención intermedia de Barcelona”.
